1. How do I order?
When you select the product you want to buy, click on the "Inquiry" button. Fill in your details in the required fields and in the additional information field, place your order, which goes directly to the beekeeper. Within three days, you will receive a response and confirmation that your order has been processed.

2. How is the delivery made?

Orders are packed and sent by courier to the address you specify. If the beekeeper does not have the requested quantity, we will contact you to let you know.

3. What is the delivery period?

The delivery period is 48 hours. From the date of confirmation for Bulgaria.

4. Can I have a discount?

There is a discount for wholesale quantities. Each beekeeper stakes and announces their discounts for the bee products he offers in the products themselves.

5. How does payment work?

Payment for retail quantities for Bulgaria is made via cash on delivery and for wholesale and non-Bulgarian shipments by bank transfer.

6. Can I get an invoice?

Along with the order, write that you want an invoice to be issued and provide the invoice details.

7. Can I order outside Bulgaria?

You can order from anywhere in the world a certain amount of products. They will be sent to you by a courier having an office in both countries, accompanied by all necessary documents.
