1. How do I order?

When you have selected the product you want and want to buy it, press the "Request" button. Fill in your data in the mandatory fields, and place your order in the additional information field.

2. How is the delivery made?

Orders are sent by courier or transport company to the address specified by you.

3. What is the delivery period?

The delivery period is 48 hours. From the date of confirmation for Bulgaria.

4. How does payment work?

Payment for smaller quantities for Bulgaria is made by cash on delivery, and for wholesale quantities and deliveries outside Bulgaria by bank transfer.

5. Can I get an invoice?

Along with the order, write that you want an invoice to be issued to you and specify the invoice details.

6. Can I order outside Bulgaria?

You can order from anywhere in the world a certain amount of products. They will be sent to you by a courier having an office in both countries, accompanied by all necessary documents.
