It has a very specific taste and aroma, and its color varies from dark brown to black. Proof of the quality of manna copper is its high electrical conductivity due to the salts and trace elements in it.
Manna organic honey from our apiaries is mainly obtained from a special type of Quercus frainetto oak, also called "Blagun" oak, typical of the Strandzha mountain. Our bees collect the honey elixir, from the oak and acorn leaves, add their beneficial secretions to it and turn it into honey.
